Are you a candle factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer with our candle factory based in Taiping Town, Conghua District, Guangzhou, China. Iscent Candles provides custom, private label and OEM manufacturing for business orders from 1,000 candles.
Can you work from an existing specification?
Send your specification, artwork, reference samples or drawings, along with the quantity and destination market. We will review feasibility and any details that need to be resolved through sampling.
Do you guarantee a particular burn time?
Burn time depends on the complete candle configuration and how it is used. Any stated burn time should be supported by evaluation of the agreed product rather than inferred from jar size alone.
What are your production lead times and payment terms?
These are confirmed in the quotation and order agreement. Material availability, customization, approvals and order quantity all affect scheduling.
